Car Park Seeker is refered to as the user looking or searching for a Car parking Space. The Process by which Users moves about from one locality to another looking for a parking space is what I called Space Wandering. A Compound word I derived from Physics on "POLAR WANDERING".

Abstract:

Lack of Car Parking Lots/Spaces has leads to large amount of traffic in every Large crowded Cities, excessive burning of fuel, too many green house effect and CPSW commonly called (Car Park Seeker Wandering). Car Park Seeker version 1.0 addresses all this needs stated above and beyound.

CAR PARK SEEKER VERSION 1.0.

This application called CAR PARK SEEKER was technologically designed to solve the problem of Parking Lots/Space issues in every locality in Los Angeles.

The app was built with a technology that pulls most of the Car Park Servicing Companies in all major localities in Los Angeles from google API Search Cloud.

Because we cannot guarantee that all Car Park Servicing Company in Los Angeles will be pulled via Google Search Clouds to the app, the app was built with a Pre-define Form Registration Components that enables all the Car Space Serving Companies in Los Angeles to submit and Register detailed informations of the their various parking spaces, like their companies Names, Working Time, Price per parking Spaces, number Available space they have etc. All this submitted data are automatically synched to Google cloud to provide the Car Park Seeker with locations on Digital Google Map via Geo-location positioning Components.

This app has a components that allow the Car Park Seeker to Access various Car Parking Spaces Companies, They can book parking Space directly from the app as the app has a package that enable the Car Park Seekers makes direct contact with the Car Parking Space Servicing Companies.

Upon Car Parking Space Booking an automatic informative SMS messages is sent to Space Servicing Companies and , a hand shake communications is initiated between the Car Park Seeker and the Car Park Servicing Companies via

This Apps has a feature that enable all the Car Servicing Companies to advertise their Parking Lots so that Car Park Seekers can view them to comment, like and to contact them should the need arise.

This app has a packages that allows all the car Park Seekers to share their experiences with one another regarding services rendered by any Space Servicing Companies which will help the Company to continually plan a better way of doing things.

Within this App is a tracking Packages that allow the User to track the history of all the Car Parking Spaces he has previously used or booked along with their contacts for future business.

The app also come with a social components that all the both parties to Share Friends Data,Friends List and social Messages.

The app has a parkages that enable Space Servicing Companies to track the history of their previous Customers to contact them and to always inform them of any available space should the need arises via Chating, SMS messages, Direct Phone calls from the app.

Car Park Seekers and Car Parking Space Servicing Commpanies are able to related to each other as the User can book Parking Space from the Companies Profiles within the app and this will send an automatic SMS Notification Messages to the concerned Space Servicing Company to inform them of the booking.

This Applications has a packages that enable Car Park Space Servicing Companies to always make their timely available Space updates within the app. Assuming Company has 10 spaces previously and later add 5 spaces to their app profile, the total space that will be available to the Car Park Seekers becomes 15. The same principle is apply when 1 Space is booked and the companies space decreases by 1 remaining 14 and so on and its effects is shown on statistical graph.

Total available Parking Space is judged from number of Parking Space timely Submitted by various Companies. The Available and Used Parking Space were code by using the princples of Statistical Measurements of Central Tendency ("Mean,Mode,Median,Variance and Standard Deviation") to bulid a robust Parking Space graphical data that compares the total available parking space each month and match it against Used vs unsed parking Space via Frequency Polygon and BarChart Statistical distributions Analysis.

The statistical technology is that the apps keeps note of all the available spaces submitted uniquely by different Companies along with their various updates with the months of submission. When a User(Car Park Seeker) books a Parking Space with a Particular company from the app, the companies available spaces reduces by 1 and the apps takes note of that with respect to the said company and the month for which the booking was made. A similar principle is applied when the Company updates their data by adding more space numerically. This data were achieved via statistical calculation with respect to each month.

For every space updates(addition) and space booking(subtraction) in each months, the values of graphs falls and rise up with the apps database values.

This falling(owing to Space Booking/Usage) and rising(owing to Space Addition/Updates) of grahical values from the apps database is similar to MAKE and BREAK process by which Elecric Bell works in PHYSICS.

This app is higly scalable because of its ability allow Los Angeles Govt. to Make a Parking Space regulation to all Car Park Seekers and all Car Park Servicing Company in the app via SMS message Broadcast and Periodic Geo-parking Space monitoring.

Car Park Seeker provides a dynamic parking guidance information system to whole range of advantages in Los Angeles urban traffic.
